What You'll Find
Comfort Zone is a comfortable, quiet space where women can take a break from whatever is going on at home or at work.
When you come in, you will find:
- Comfortable seating and a calm atmosphere
- Coffee and tea
- Quiet activities and reading materials
- Friendly staff available if you want to talk
You can also just sit. You do not have to talk to anyone. You do not have to share what is going on. You are welcome to just be here.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm.
Drop-in welcome. Calling ahead is appreciated but not required.
All women in the Grande Cache community are welcome. Free. No referral.
Children Are Welcome
Children are welcome at Comfort Zone. Please note that childcare is not provided during Comfort Zone hours. You are responsible for your children during your visit.
Stress Away Days
Twice a month, we host Stress Away Days in the Comfort Zone space. These are facilitated group sessions designed to give women a few hours of fun, connection, and rest.
Past Stress Away Days have included:
- Crafts and creative activities
- Makeovers and self-care sessions
- Games and social time
- A shared meal
Stress Away Days are free. No registration is usually required. Check our Events page for upcoming dates.
