Not everyone needs to stay in shelter. Our outreach team supports women and children affected by domestic violence — in our office or out in the community.

One-on-one support, wherever you are

Our outreach staff work directly with you — in our office or out in the community — to help you understand your options and find a safer path forward. At your pace.

  • Crisis support for women and children directly or indirectly affected by domestic violence
  • Help identifying your needs and concerns
  • Guidance accessing support services
  • Legal and social service information, support, and referrals
  • Supports for women leaving the shelter — including basic provisions and donated household items
  • Help staying safe in your home
  • Court appearances and advocacy
  • Danger assessment
  • One-on-one outreach staff — in our office or in the community

Our outreach staff can meet you in our office, Monday through Friday, or come to you in the community. We work around your schedule and your safety.
