Practical, judgment-free help to plan your next step and stay as safe as possible — on your terms, at your pace, with someone beside you.

Workshops in schools and across the community on healthy relationships, prevention, and respect — because lasting change starts early.

Gentle support and early intervention for children and youth who witness or experience violence, helping them feel safe, seen, and steady.
